With small grouped sessions capped at 8 people per group, you’ll receive the personal training experience in a supportive group environment.
Designed to form the female body, this is an experienced weight class with an emphasis on technique and effort.
We don’t expect you to learn how to back handspring or somersault within a few weeks, however — moving your body does do magical things. Gymnastics play all about learning how to be childlike and find play within your body. Discover how to let go of fears of falling or failing while learning how to attune with your internal feedback loop
and reach incredible progressions with your body.
It’s fun to break a sweat when we train, but training isn’t about punishing yourself.
Each session starts with 10-20 minutes of vigorous mobility design to warm your body, keep your joints healthy and activating the right muscles for sessions ahead. Good mobility is integral for you to have active recovery within your body, while you train.
Before joining, I was stressed out and too busy to eat anything but coffee, cigarettes and donuts. My lifestyle would leave me overwhelmed I would just sit and cry.. Coach Morgan gave me strength, courage and guidance I've gained so much mentally and physical. I've come a long way in 10 short weeks It's about gaining the skills to be the best version of YOU and still being able to eat a donut!
Before I started, was my own worst enemy, I had a bad relationship with food & had no idea what my body was capable of. Now, I'm stronger and smarter physically, mentally and emotionally. I feel more than capable of going into a gym by myself to continue my training. I have the knowledge to keep my journey going. The support and guidance that I've received has changed my life. Everyone's journey is different and it’s hard work but it can be done. Own your shit!! You can do this!
Training with the Tribe is hard but it doesn't feel impossible, you get pushed right to your limit but are supported every second of the way either by Morgan or other like-minded women on the same pathway just trying to be healthier, stronger, fitter or 'better'. My training used to be competitive, but now I just want to be happy, healthy and pain free.
After a few fad diets and terrible gym + PT experience I was lacking energy, confidence and motivation, then I found Tribe 11. Everyone at Tribe is so lovely and supportive, the gym itself is awesome and Morgan is amazing. The difference with Tribe 11 and other gyms I have been to is definitely the feel good vibe buzzing when you walk in the door. I also love that we do gymnastics, I can't wait to try more new things.
After I started training with Morgan, I started to realise there are so many things my body could do and I never attempted to try before I met Morgan. I started to do handstands, lift heavy weights, and feel a lot more confident in my life. The highlight of being in the tribe is that I'm always supported and continually challenged. The cheers, claps and laughter is always there from the moment you walk into the gym. "
I have never met a fitness trainer who genuinely cares about each and every one of her clients. She is so full of knowledge and she doesn’t force me to change who I am, what I eat and what I do. After the first week of acting on Morgan’s suggestions, I had increased energy, better sleep, less headaches and no longer suffered from “three thirty-itis”. I honestly could not believe how amazing the changes are!
Morgan is amazing! Several months on and I can happily say I’m killing when it comes to body strength and can finally bench press more than just the bar and my dead lifts are now more than 70kg. That’s more than I weigh! The girls I train with are also amazing! Morgan has created a culture where everyone supports each other and is accepted regardless of where they are in their journey.
